VIP Shop Management allows you to interface directly with RepairLink Shop to order parts while creating a work order. Note: You must have a RepairLink Shop account to use this workflow.
To order parts:
- From a new estimate, click the plus (
) sign.
- Click the RepairLink option from the window that displays.
- The first time you connect VIP Shop Management to RepairLink, the Authorize Account window will display.
- Enter your RepairLink Shop Username and Password in the provided fields.
- Select VIP Shop Management System from the Application drop-down.
- Click Authorize App.
- Enter your RepairLink Shop Username and Password in the provided fields.
- RepairLink Shop will open within a frame in VIP Shop Management System with the vehicle details (VIN or Year/Make/Model) populated.
- Search for the parts you need.
- Type the quantity you want in the Qty Req field.
- Click Add To Cart. A success message will temporarily display at the top of the RepairLink window to confirm the part has been added. Repeat steps 5-7 to add additional parts to the cart.
- Once all parts have been added, click Transfer Cart at the bottom of the window.
- The parts added in RepairLink will transfer over to the estimate in VIP Shop Management.
- Once the estimate is complete, click Place Order.
- A new window will display, click Place Order.
