R.O. Writer allows you to directly interface with RepairLink Shop--giving you the ability to retrieve pricing information and submit orders to dealers in the RepairLink network without leaving the application. You must set up the RepairLink Shop integration before you can order parts. (If you haven't yet, click here for complete configuration instructions provided by R.O. Writer.)
The integration of R.O. Writer and RepairLink Shop allows users to:
- Search for OE parts directly from open tickets ( quotes, estimates, or repair orders) in R.O. Writer.
- Post OE parts directly to open quotes, estimates, and repair orders.
- Send orders directly to OEM dealers in the RepairLink network through Smart eCat or Smart eOrder.
