The RepairLink Shop platform requires the following browser versions to function correctly. Failure to use one of the following supported browsers will prevent you from using the application.
Supported browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
Important: All versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.
For security and to ensure that OEC applications display properly, it is recommend that you keep your browser up to date. (Select the browser you are using to see how to verify your browser version and update if needed.)

Note: Google Chrome will automatically display the following if you are running an outdated version. Simply click the button to update and relaunch.
To verify your browser version:
- Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Help and then select About Google Chrome.
- If your browser is up to date, the following message displays.
- If your browser needs updated, a different message displays. Click the Relaunch button to update.
- If your browser needs updated, a different message displays. Click the Relaunch button to update.
- Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

To verify your browser version:
- Click on the Settings and more icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Help and feedback and then select About Microsoft Edge.
- If your browser is up to date, the following message displays.
- If your browser needs updated, the About window shows An update is available message. Click the Download and install button to update. Once the update is complete, click Restart.
- If your browser needs updated, the About window shows An update is available message. Click the Download and install button to update. Once the update is complete, click Restart.
- Click on the Settings and more icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

Note: Firefox typically will update to the latest version upon launch.
To verify your browser version:
- Click the Open Application menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
- Click Help.
- Click About Firefox.
- If your browser is up to date, the following message displays.
- If your browser needs updated, a different message displays. Click the Restart to Update Firefox button to update.
- If your browser needs updated, a different message displays. Click the Restart to Update Firefox button to update.
- Click the Open Application menu icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser.
