RepairLink Shop offers the option to pay dealers directly for parts at the time of order processing. To use this workflow, you must complete a short setup process.
After you add a payment method, payment details and connected dealers can be updated from the Payments tab.
Important: This workflow is only available for dealers that accept electronic payments through RepairLink.
To add a payment method in RepairLink Shop:
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- In the Customer Payment Info section, complete Step 1: Confirm Company Information & Accept Terms. Note: Some information may be prefilled for you.
- Review the Terms of Service, then check the Terms of service accepted box if you agree with the conditions of this feature.
- Click Create.
- Complete Step 2: Add Your Primary Payment Method.
- To add a credit card as your payment method, click Card and fill out the information.

To add a bank account as your payment method, click US bank account and fill out the information:
- Enter your Email and Full name.
- Search for your bank or choose one listed. Follow the prompts to connect your bank.
- If you cannot find your bank, click Enter bank details manually instead and follow the prompts. Note: If using this method, it takes 1-2 business days for approval.
- Click Save.
- A success message appears and you will be redirected to the RepairLink Shop homepage.
- Click the Payments tab to update your Payment Details, view your transaction history, or manage your list of Connected Dealers.
Managing Payment Methods in RepairLink Shop
After you set up your Payment Methods, you can edit your Shop information, payment methods, and connected dealers.
Click an option below to learn more:

To change the company information:
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- Click Customer Payment Info in the Payment Details section.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the Customer Payment Information.
- When ready, click Save.
- A success message confirms the information is saved.
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.

To change the payment information:
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- Click Payment Methods.
- Go to the Payment Method List. All changes save automatically.
- Edit the Description in the provided field.
- Edit the email address in the Email for Receipts field.
- The email address receives receipts for any transactions with that payment method.

- Click Payments in the navigation menu.

To choose a new default payment method:
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- Click Payment Methods in the Payment Details navigation.
- Click Set as default in the Default column.
- A success message confirms the new default payment method.
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.

To remove a payment method from your account:
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- Click Payment Methods in the Payment Details navigation.
- Click the trash can icon in the Remove column.
- Click Ok to confirm you want to remove the payment method.
- A success message confirms the payment method is no longer on the account.
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.

Dealers with Active in the Status column accept payments through RepairLink Shop. Hiding a connected dealer blocks that dealership from charging the payment methods stored for orders.
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.
- Click Connected Dealers.
- Select the checkbox in the Hide Payment Methods column for the dealer you want to block.
- Click Confirm to save the change. A information saved message displays.
- The hidden dealership will stay on the Connected Dealers list but have a checkmark in the Hide Payment Methods column.
- Click Payments in the navigation menu.

Dealers with Inactive in the Status column do not accept payments through RepairLink Shop. Blocked dealers can be reauthorized to charge your stored payment methods at any time.
- Blocked (hidden) dealerships on the Connected Dealers list have a checkmark in the Hide Payment Methods column.
- Click the checkmark in the Hide Payment Methods column to clear the checkbox.
- Click Confirm to save the change. A information saved message displays.
- The dealership is now reauthorized to your shop's charge stored payment methods.
- Blocked (hidden) dealerships on the Connected Dealers list have a checkmark in the Hide Payment Methods column.
