When creating the parent-child relationships within RepairLink Shop, the shop/company ID is what connects the two companies. You can use your shop/company ID to create or join a group within Enterprise Account Management (EAM). (Learn more about EAM.)
To find your own shop/company ID to share with another shop:
- Choose Group Management from the Account Management drop-down menu.
- Though your view may appear different, your company ID will appear on this page. Share it as needed with the company you wish to join or invite to your group.
