Follow the process below to register and get started with RepairLink Shop.
Note: RepairLink Shop includes features to prevent users from accidentally creating multiple accounts. When attempting to register an account, you may receive an error message if any of the following information has already been used for a different account:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Username
If you receive this error message, you may attempt to reset your username or password using the reset functions. Alternatively, contact OEC Customer Support via email or phone, using the information on the right of this page, to investigate.
To create an account for RepairLink Shop:
- Go to www.RepairLinkShop.com and click on Shops: Register Now.
- Complete the following fields in the Company Information section. Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Part Search View: Select which type of parts you would like to search for by default while using RepairLink Shop. Note: Default part search view can be changed at any time by updating your RepairLink Shop account information.- Automotive
- International / IC Bus
- Complete the following required fields in the Primary Contact/Administrator section.
- Generate your login credentials for RepairLink Shop in the Create Login section. Note: The login credentials you create during registration will be the administrator account that gives you the ability to create other login accounts for other users or manage/configure the solution for your shop.
- Type in your desired User Name that you want to use to log in to RepairLink Shop. A valid username must be six to 20 characters (letters and/or numbers) and must not include any special characters, such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, or *.
- Type your desired password in the Password and Retype Password fields.
- In the Registration Submission section:
- Click the Terms of Use link to review the OEC Terms & Conditions.
- If accepted, click I accept the terms of use. Terms of use must be accepted in order to register for RepairLink Shop.
- Click Complete Registration to complete the registration process.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you will be automatically logged into RepairLink Shop. Note: Your new login account is set up as the administrator for your shop. Only administrators can perform the setup functions below.
- Before you can begin ordering parts, you will need to add one or more dealers that you want to do business with. Click My Dealers and then Add Dealers to search for and add dealers. Note: If you cannot find a dealer that you would like to transact with, click here to submit the dealer name, phone number and city/state. We will then contact the dealer(s) to communicate the value of RepairLink!
- If you want to have other users in your shop to access and order parts with their own login accounts, you will need to create user accounts on their behalf. Click Account Management and then User Management to add additional accounts for your staff.
